"Anne with an E"

Anyone remember where this quote comes from?

Anne of Green Gables.

One of my favorite book series growing up and I still like the story of Anne and Gilbert.   Anne of Green Gables is performing at the Tulsa PAC on Feb 18-19.  Anyone else going?

I loved those books growing up! That quote reminds me of something I had to say often..."That's Clarke with an E". Clarke was my maiden name, but people always forgot to put the "E" at the end. One man I said that to replied, "well then isn't that Clerk?" So, it changed to Clarke with an E on the end!!
