Happy New Year

Hope you've had a happy new year!  After three deaths/funerals and a wedding in the first week of this year, I'm curious as to what the rest of the year holds.

One thing's for sure, I'll be doing some more gluten free cooking.  Presently, I have a diversion.  The menu, at work, is the Daniel Fast.  Have any of you ever done it?  If so, did you make anything exceptionally good?  I suppose that would kind of defeat the purpose though, huh?!

My resolution for the year...love my honey more each day.  We'll be celebrating #8 this year.  What's the saying? If you make it past seven years, you'll make it to the part that says til death do us part.
